No all religions are closer to each other than they appear at the surface.

For some , their religion dictates how they behave. i think my religion is dreat for me. I love to learn about other religions,I could never be a Catholic but that makes me respect people who Can be Catholics. The more I learn about Islam , the more it make sense. A, it is so close to my religion Judaism. And here on My Lot I am learning about WIcca from my Pagan friends. It is so great to learn about other religions.

Hi nicky, I would never discriminate against someone because of their belief, however I don't like to associate with someone who is trying to push their religion on me. I am also opposed to religion trying to scare people or change them. I respect all but ask the same in return. Blessings.

We humans have no right to declare that our religion is better than the other religions. We are not even sure which religion is the true religion. It is important to respect other people's faith and beliefs. Religion is not much of an issue for me. As long as the person is not doing anything that will do harm to others, that is more important.

I have a personal saying that I live my life by "I am not better than anyone else, but no one else is better than me". In other words, we are all the same. We must remember that God did not invent religions, man did. We are taught that we should not judge people by the color of their skin, then we should not judge people by their beliefs. I am fine with whom people are and the truth of the matter is that the one thing that is of most importance in a human is that if they are nice and considerate to other people. You can be any religion you want and still be a nice caring people who cares about others. If you are a mean and selfish person, it doesn't matter to me what religion you are, I will not be around you because of the selfishness and meanness. I repect people for who they are and what they believe as long as they treat me the same way. If I am asked I will tell people what I believe but I do not try to convert them (I will educate if they are interested)and I expect that they will not try and convert me to their thinking. It's all about repect which unfortunately there seems to be less and less of in out world.
Take Care
Blessings to All

No. This could be because I don't have a religion, and I'm not particularly interested in becoming religiously affiliated.
In the end, across religions, the differences are insignificant. People are people - we all bleed the same blood, we all want the same thing (happiness, security, peace of mind, etc). We're all a lot more alike than we tend to think.

First off, I am a christian, and very proud to be one. I do not feel "superior" to anyone, regardless of race, color, or religion. We were all created equal, we are all equal in God's eyes, and I see no reason to think otherwise.
I have many friends who are from different religions, I treat them no differently than I treat anyone; because everyone deserves the same respect and love. Religion doesn't affect how you behave, as much as it affects how you act; as in what you do or don't do.
I am saddened by people who follow religions that make them do certain things I will not say here, I do what I can to try and help them stop and consider other things, but I respect that it is their choice. It still saddens me that one day they must face consequences for that choice, and that is why I try to help people see the truth. But still, I am not superior to them; if I were I would simply MAKE them change religions, but nobody should ever even try to do that.
