Where does the tablecloth end?...

And where do I begin?
Ever had one of those "blending in" moments? Last night, Boyfriend and I went and had some pizza at Old Chicago (deep dish!) and I can't help but notice that the red blouse that I was wearing was exactly the same color as the tablecloth I had my elbows on (I know, I know, elbows on the table is not something a proper lady does).

You converted the tablecloth into what, riyasam?
I usually have my elbows on the table while waiting for the food. In this restaurant, it usually takes about half an hour to get the pizza so lots of waiting elbow time for me there. Thanks!

I'm not sure that its a strange coincidence to match the decor of a restaurant... I mean its gotta happen all the time... the strange thing is that you noticed anything when there was Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in front of you. Are you feeling all right?
PIZZA YUM!

I noticed it the first half hour being there while we wait for our pizza to get to us. Yes, pizza is yum indeed. Thanks, glords.

After I made peace with it and laughed... I was more into the pizza than the tablecloth.

What amazing foresight you have SaintAnne! Most women look to match shoes and belts or handbags and shoes at best, yet you go all out and dress to match the tablecloth! I remember a post a while back about a woman that had a dress made for a special event and then discovered there were curtains there made of the exact same fabric! As for me, well I'm yet to have a blending in moment. Not unless you count my visit to the insane asylum that one time. I do have to admit that I blended in pretty well there, but it had stuff all to do with my clothing!

Talk about "wallflowers". I wish I knew how to sew and do patterns so I can have more moments like these. Work on fabrics and find me blending in... or hide... or be a chameleon when needed.
Why were you visiting the asylum? Was it an outpatient one?
And speaking of being matchy-matchy... I did match my blouse with my shoes... I call them my red riding hood shoes.

We are expected to always behave like a proper lady but mostly treated as....... hahahahaha. Don't we find ourselves left standing often in a crowded train or bus where most of the seats boast of males wearing the attitude of couldn't care less? And so many times standing far behind in a long long queue?? S o why can't you relax, rejoice and feel happy to blend in with your favourite coloured table cloth. So long as you are not hurting anyone.........

Those were some long, long sleeves I was wearing. It was able to go around the whole table. .
Thanks Daffodil.

I still can't decide whether I love Chicago Style Pizza more or the New YawK one... I think both are really good and it just depends mostly on what I crave for. Yum yum.
