How ragging effects a student in High Schools & other places ??? Got views ....share it :)

Can you clarify what is meant by ragging? I thought for a moment you were speaking about another word for "nagging" as in a parent who perhaps bugs a student to get his homework done all of the time, but I'm guessing based upon the responses that it is something completely different. Namaste-Anora
