is coffee bad for our body?

i usually drink coffee when i feel a little bit of sleepy,but i c many people said coffee is not healthy to our body,what do u think?is it really harmful?

its not harmful, what's harmful is too much consummation of it. always in moderation only. in everything, too much is bad.. cofee have also antioxidants thats very helpful yet too much of it can also affect our health. so drink coffee in moderation and you are safe.

Well it's good for the metabolism, but other than that, I don't think it has any health benefits. It's a diuretic for a start, which means you have to pee more often and it makes you dehydrated. Being well hydrated is essential for good health. Also the caffeine is addictive and can cause headaches, insomnia and mood swings. Not good effects. If you don't let yourself have more than one cup a day you should be fine in my opinion though. Some people say more is fine, other people think you should avoid caffeine altogether. I think it's up to the individual and how their body works though. We all run differently with different limits and we should just listen to our own bodies and what they are trying to tell us. Learn your own limitations and you should be fine.
