i've been working for months now and away from home. i really wanna go home and spend time my family. our house is located at the farm side of my hometown so its quiet there and peaceful. i really want to relax and think of better steps for the future. seems that im getting tired of what i'm doing for a living. im currently stressed and been wanting to move forward and do something healthier.

I like to play on the computer and watch tv. Sleeping is not my choice either. I'd rather do something fun to unwind from a hard day at work.

I used to take bubble baths, but then I moved into the apartment I'm currently in. I don't care how much I clean it, I don't feel comfortable sitting in that bathtub. That's why I only take showers now. LOL I guess my way is to get a coca cola, a small snack, and watch something on television that will make me laugh.

My favorite way to relax after hard physical labor is to soak in a nice hot bath, and at my age it is a necessity to keep from getting sore muscles.

When I get really tired after a whole day of hard work, I usually go to bed to relax myself, but not always. Sometimes I take a walk in the countryside with my wife. Sometimes I power on the computer and play some computer games. Oh, watching TV is also my good choice. I need't think of anything while watching, just feel relaxed.

For me the best way of relaxing is a nice long soak in the bath, with absolutely NO disturbances, the phones are all switched off, no one else in the house to disturb you or need the bathroom. With a litte soft music playing in the background, I like Enya which I find very soothing. Then I will lay and relax and close my eyes and let the nice warm water encompass and sooth my aching body. That for me is pure relaxation after a long day's toil.

When I reach home, and really tired, I really eat, and watch a dvd movie to relax my mind, after that I take a long cold shower to freshen me. Sometimes I play games on the internet, but what relaxes me is that I ask my fiancee to massage my back it really release the tension I had and it really relax me. Anyway have a nice day to you!

if you have the time and the resources, head to the spa and have a massage so you can really really relax. but if you are too busy maybe you can just listen to a cool music while resting, watch tv or eat in a fine restaurant before you sleep.
