Your eyes are tired too you know

I'm posting at mylot yesterday, i've been facing my computer for about 8 hours with no break, because i'm also playing an online game, suddenly i feel my eyes a bit sleepy or irritated. I thought i'm just tired or something. I called my friend (she's a nurse) i just asked why i suddenly felt sleepy and my eyes gets really heavy,.. She said "your eyes are also tired yah know, not just our body", she also said that "too much exposure to computer monitors might really tire your eyes... hehehe i didn't actually noticed the time; that i'm using the computer a bit much.. hehehe.. my friend scolded me a bit about my health, hehehe..
