The most important thing in preventing this is leading a stress free life which is not possible nowadays. High blood is very common to the young adults because of the lifestyle. Bad eating habits is the main contributer to this condition. Many are now inactive to exercise or to have physical activities. It is so alarming because back then high blood is experiencing by adult but now their so many young adults experience this condition. We can fight this condition if we watched our diet and have regular exercise.

Atually hypertension is not a communicable disease. You can get a hypertension by eating fatty and salty foods. Now a days a lot of foods that can trigger hypertension like ice cream hamburger and many other fatty foods that saw in a fastfood chain. Many young people had a hypertension because of sedentary lifestyle and had no balance exercise and a diet.
