I worked harder in the company, and created befits more than other colleague!
but I haven't flattered she and I felt that I worked by tech not by people! the dealines of my contract is 2009-6-30,,friday,she commanded the hr to talk with me(it hint resignation),according to other ex-colleague,,I won't to get any compensation,,,
I can't stand this ugly sow,who is a very little woman having no conscience.,having no credit is her routine, once up on a time,a colleague'resignation cause that his salary totally was eatten by this sow...
So,if I was fired,I must to fire to this woman!

Hi,guy!I am sorry to hear your bad news. Your boss is cruel and unhumane,i think. In fact you can demand your compensation.By the way, you'd better give your sentence more carefully to avoid grammar mistake, then we can offer your advice and feelings better. I think it's not right like thesee "won't to get","must to fire to-".could you tell me what is "ugly sow"? Thank you!

Try to review your contract and your company policy and then demand for your compensation.
