My favorite sandwich...

As I tried to decide what to eat for lunch, I've come to realize that there are a few sandwiches that I prefer to any other. Everybodys got to have a favorite, right? One that just always seems to hit the spot. My favorite is the good ol, PB&J. Yes, I'm a grown adult and not ashamed to admit that peanut butter and jelly is my favorite sandwich. It's easy and filling, salty and sweet. What more could you ask for. My next runner ups are BLT(bacon lettuce and tomato), Philly cheese Steak, and tuna salad(the way my mom used to make...). But my runner ups require some prep work, or actual cooking, and that's why PB&J will win out. SO what's your favorite sandwich and why?

I love tomatoes on my sandwiches (not PB&J...eewww). I've even just had tomato on toast with a little mayo. Those can be mighty tasty with fresh, ripe tomatos.

I like lots of different sandwhiches. I love bacon and fried egg sandwhiches. You can't beat them!

When I have a little extra time, i will make a fried egg sandwich. I put a little minced onion and garlic in there along with a little cheese...very tasty.

I sometimes add cheese but never thought of adding onion a garlic. Will have to try that sometime.

My favourite sandwich has to be the really simple one of buttered bread and cucumber and tomatoes inside…that’s all. There’s no problem with the ingredients coz there are the things I always have at home and its completely hassle free and really filling and tasty.

I actually have 2 answers. When I was in Las Vegas about 10 years ago, I had an amazing sandwich! I am sure I can't spell it, but will try. It was called a Croque Monseiur. It was kind of like a ham and swiss cheese sandwich dipped in egg, fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Way delicious! At home, I love to make grilled cheese. If I want to get fancy, I will add a slice of tomato. Yummy!

It's been a while, but I think it also came with syrup to dip it in. It really was like a ham and cheese on French toast.

That Vegas sandwich sounds interesting. I don't think I ever heard of anything like that. I'm not too sure about the powdered sugar, though. Of course with the egg and bread, that must give it almost a french toast type of taste...hmmmmm, you got me thinkin now....

I like Grilled Cheese. I also enjoy turkey and cheese, and peanut butter and jelly. Peanut butter and banana is also good. I think the best thing though is Turkey and Cheese, even ham and cheese is good too.

You know I've never tried peanut butter and banana. My niece, when she was little would eat these all the time. They are 2 of my favorite things, I may just have to give this a try.

I like egg mayonnaise sandwiches, but don't have them often because I'm usually in a hurry when I feel like a sandwich. I have quorn slices with tomato pickle most of the time because they are much quicker to make.

Preferably something from Subway! But if I'm forced to make my own, I really love bologna sandwiches with mustard squirted on it.

I've been going to Subway more often with their $5 special. That's really a good deal and I'll usually stretch it over 2 meals.

I love Philly Cheesesteak, but I have had some that were just plain awful. I think if they don't have good enough beef or peppers it loses alot.

I don't eat a lot of bread so I don't know that I have a favorite sandwich. I used to get a roasted tuscan vegetable sandwich with sundried tomato aioli that was pretty good. Mmmmm.... just thinking about it...
