I put garlic in almost everything that I cook. I also like garlic pepper, it helps me cut down a bit on salt. I also use alot of oregano, basil and rosemary. I have a spice that I use often called Old Bay, it is a combination of many different spices and is great for seafood and chicken. Locally we also use alot of lime and cilantro.

There are so many spices and such in our supermarkets here in the US, I always like the Mrs. Dash spices, and also the Weber line. If I cook veggies such as green beans, I use broth (chicken, beef) instead of water, add good ole' butter as well, much richer taste.

I like to sprinkle vinager on my meat when I cook it, it tenderizes and adds a zing of floavor. My other staple spices are garlic, pepper, and sea salt.
