Question with paypal system.

I have not understand one thing.When would be the time to be paid from one site what we need?I have an paypal account giving my email.Now i need to get some card or somethin else?

If you already have money in your PayPal account, they can also issue you a debit card to draw off that money (like, for example, to spend money a paying site gives you).

You can add a valid credit or debit card that has a Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or AMEX logo on it. It should not be a prepaid credit card. payPal will allow you to use your PayPal balance, your credit card or debit card or your bank account for you to make a payment.
