who does the cooking in your home? most of the time it is my boyfriend. lately it has been me more and more. my boyfriend has been working a lot and has been sick. i really hate cooking and will do anything to get out of it. But someone has to cook for the family, and lately it has been me. who does the cooking in your home? if it is you, do you enjoy it, or do you hate it like i do?

for the longest time my husband did all the cooking - I hated our kitchen. But now the kitchen remodel is 99% done and I am actually cooking alot more. And I have been using a crock pot - no really - and the meals are great and really simple. I happened on a recipe in the local newspaper for lasagna in the crock pot and tried it and now I'm hooked. You can do the prep work the nite before for most of it and throw it into the pot before leaving for work and when you get home - voila - food!

It's from the "Fix-it Forget-It Big Cookbook" by Phyllis Pellman Good Convenient Slow Cooker Lasagna 1 lb ground beef / 2 29oz cans tomato sauce / 8oz pkg lasagna noodles, uncooked / 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese / 1 1/2 c cottage cheese (I used Ricotta and cottage) brown meat in skillet and drain drippings, add 2 cans tomato sauce stir well. Spread 1/4 of meat mix in bottom of slow cooker. Arrange 1/3 of uncooked noodles over sauce - break up as needed to fit. combine cheeses in bowl and spoon 1/3 on noodles. repeat layers twice and top with remaining sauce. cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours. makes 6 - 8 servings. Let me know how you like it!

my mother. she's always been the main cook ever. my father cooks when my mother is busy or not feeling well. they're both great cooks but mother always does the complicated recipe. my sister is always been the cook when she's around but she seldoms visit. don't ask me, i never cook.

I do all the cooking in my house. Sometimes I get tired of eating my own cooking and wish someone would suprise me and cook for me. But my husband doesn't have time with his job and my kids aren't home anymore. It would be nice tho
