i agree.ICC should not have made this rule.cricket is and has always been a batsmen games except for a few rare occasions.i get the feeling that ICC is focussing mainly on attracting big crowd rather than saving the cricket techniques.as for now,the only game where u can get to see reverse swing is in test match cricket.its not possible in T 20 as the ball has to be old to swing and 20 overs is not old enough.in ODI,after 34 overs, they change it so the bowlers can swing it for around 3 to 4 overs only.whats more, most batsmen wait for the mandatory new ball change because the comparitively harder ball is easier to score than the soft balls.the last thing ICC has done to improve cricket was the free hit for over stepping.

actually i can understand your feeling towards bowler but in my accordance ICC is an authorized and central committee and they must have focused towards it see if new bowl is given recently than really match will be a little boring because you cant control run rate of batting team through new ball if batsman are hitting g continuously and with new ball spinner cant ball with that efficiency so in my accordance all rules are good and there is no need for change.
