Do you re-boil your water?

So, we have a new kettle at work but some refuse to use it because the water is reboiled. Now this is a really really big kettle that is being used in an office of over 45 people. The main reason we got this was because the VP thought the water from the coffee machine was not hot enough. So to make her happy we switched. I thought this was madness and ended up finding out that others felt the same way. Some said that they absolutely would not use re-boiled water, use boiled water that was sitting for a couple of hours or 24 hours. I was told that true tea drinkers only boil cold water once so you can taste the true freshness of the tea, otherwise it tastes horrible. So to comply with some of the concerns we make sure that the water is changed every morning. I personally don't care. If I boil water at night and re-boil it in the morning, I don't care. If I set water to boil and forgot about it, then realized after it has gone cold then I would re-boil it. I guess I'm not a true tea drinker.
What do you think of this?

Whats the big deal if it has been reboiled? I reboil the water i my kettle many times. I just top it off and go. Throwing it out is a waste of water.

I just drink coffee or tea after making it. Sometimes I don't finish a cup all at once because I get busy with work. I just drink cold coffee or tea. Cheers!!

I would re-boil it. I doubt there is much of a difference!
