I don't feel like employers should have access to your background past 2 years unless the offense charged involves children or violence and then I think that should be limited to 5 years if no other offenses have occurred. Does anyone have an opinion on this subject?

Hello,
Me beeing the young rebel i am, or used to be i think it should depend on the severity of the crime, me personally were one of those skating punks doing grafitti and you know pissing off people in general, i have had things on my record which denied me a couple of summer jobs, and thinking about it i guess it worked, i didnt have money to get around to do all the above mentioned things so it kept me out of trouble
