I used to weigh 139, and ever since i had started eating fatty foods, and have gained up to 199. Well im in the gym every day working out till im exausted, and im eating subway every day. I drink nothing but water, and I am not seeing results!
Anybody got any ideas why? And what I can do?

Just because you are eating subway doens't mean you are choosing the right choices. Are you eating off the lite menu and not using dressings on your subs. No cookies or chips?

Maybe you aren't eating enough. YOu have to take in a certain amount of calories for your body to burn them. I would try switching up your exercise routine and your eating. Start eating breakfast~ this is very essential to loose weight.
When I get a plateau, I switch up what I am eating and the weight starts coming off again.

Nope all I eat at subway is a 6- inch turkey with lettuce, tomatoe, onion, spinach, and lite mayonaise. And I dont drink the soda...no cookies...no chips.
I eat this twice a day, and thats it.

I can say this. If you are just running on a treadmill at the gym you wont loose weight just doing that. Its something like this, you need to run first, then do some situps, leg curls and things like that. After running its stimulating your body to want you to keep going but you need to rest as we all know so sitting down pulling your knees towards you will help you rest and doing situps well rest your heart and body because you will be laying down doing so. I hope this helps you out. Good Luck loosing weight

When im at the gym I do a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill( walk, then run). then I move to crunches, leg curls, hip abduction/adduction, butt blaster, and a little arm workout... and I work my back after my core.

I dont think that Subway is as healthy as it seems to be. It is high on simple carbs and the sandwhiches only taste right with mayo and cheese. Maybe if you got a vegi sandwhick with out any sauces or cheese. I go there and I go overboard. It is a treat for me.

well what kinds of exercise are you doing? usually running, swimming, activities like that usually help dramatically. working out until you are exhausted isnt always the best way. you should work to 70% of your capacity, then rest, then work to 70% again, rest, etc. this way you can work out longer, burning off more calories
also, how long have you been doing this routine? you cant expect this to change your weight overnight

I am trying to burn fat, and tone up a bit.
Been working at it for about 3 weeks.

Working out too much is not good for the body. When your body needs the energy when you overwork it will go straight for the muscles. You create a daily workout plan at your home rather than a gym. Next, plan a proper meal. I know subway is healthy but it is costly too. Look for alternatives, and try some products the promote fat loss. Like CLA based products. If you train using weight go take some protein based products that would heal your muscles and help you burn fats faster. Remember weight loss comes with time. Be patient and persistant do not give up.
