What's the cure for memory gap?

i'm only 21 years old and i'm experiencing memory gap. is it normal?. i always forget things and sometimes the names or the persons i talk to, wel, in my work, sharp mind is needed. i'm not like this before not until i reach my age. i'm afraid to lose my job. can you give me some details what medicines or foods to take to prevent memory gap? more thanks guyz....Godbless u ol...=)

The best thing you should do is; to READ. Reading is one of the best way to avoid memory gap. It exercise your brain and it will keep your mind working, absurbing new things,and thoughts.
Also, be organize, don't put yourself busy all the time, manage your schedule and am sure you'll make things right.

You are too young to have a memory gap. I believe you have lots of things in mind. The best thing for you to do is to organize things. A pen and a notebook would be a great help. List down all the things you need to do and check them one by one if you're done with it. If this tip won't work, that's the time you try consulting a doctor for medical advise.
