how can you get along with your boss ?

i do not good at get along with my boss , when i meet him and the air will be frozen . we do not have the same topic to talk , i always feel that he look down on me cause i am a new guy in this firm . i think that is not good ,that is matter of not only the relationship but also the future of my career . so how can you be a smooth guy in your company ?

Well, by gaining the affection on my boss. I mean you dnt have to really take him and go when he is very hard on you. You just do ur job and do ur best in doing your jo. Slowly he will understand and recognize ur hard work. Be urself...

find the common ground between you and your boss, it might not be easy but i believe youll find it.
whatever you do, dont let the "oddness" affect your performance at the firm. you just need sometime to prove to him and yourself that you are a capable worker that wont be a liability to the firm, but an asset

Well, I guess just be yourself and be confident whenever your boss is around. Don't try to talk of something that your not familiar with, cause that will just end you in trouble. Try talking about generic things...things that you know and that you think your boss will be interested of.
