Hello krisneil. Usually I sleep well, but sometimes if I have a long nap in the afternoon, I will have some difficulties falling asleep at night. Then I turn from side to side, feeling annoyed because of being unable to fall asleep. For sure I will have a hard day the next day, lack of energy because of the previous sleepless night.
As to your case, I can understand it and I am so sorry for the breaking up of your relationship with your ex-girlfriend. I had the same case before, which is why I can understand it. Cheer up, friend. I wish you to live a better life without having her affecting your mood and life. Life still goes on. I wish you all the best.

I've had sleepless nights before. I just worry a lot about a lot of things and that is what keeps me up at night and what really keeps me paranoid about things that are going on. I worry a lot about money matters and whether or not things are going to work out. I also worry about life matters really. Pretty much anything and everything can keep me up at night.

Im basically a late sleeper..n its not dat uncommon for me...though i too have my share of sleepless nights.I guess d main reason is too much worry..dat happens wen our brain is still working n it won't rest hence no sleeps.I used to have sleepless nights during xams..n also wen i have personal problems..like a big fight with a frnd or a family member. But it would give me such headache n nausea..dat i generally give bad xams after such nights. So i realized d ill effects of such nights n so i qiut it. Everytime i feel dat much worried to have another sleepness nights i persuade myself to relax..n hear soft music,..dat will put me to a deep sleep.

yes I have had sleepless nights as you get older this happens more and more,
there are all kinds of reasons for sleepless nights,
old age
stress and worry
sleeping too much and so you can sleep anymore
illness
aches and pains
bad mattress
eating or drinking late at night
having to get up to go to the bathroom
and more

Were the opposite, I get sleepless nights when I'm excited for the next day, like when there's a trip that me and my friends would go to and stuff like that. I easily fall asleep when I feel bad...I feel really sleepy when I feel sad, angry and depressed.
