Does anybody know University of the West in USA?

I am a senior student in South East University in China.And I am thinking about having my postgraduate study in University of the West.The answer I desire to know is what the entrance requirement of the UWEST.What GPA or average score should I attain?What English exam should I take(IELTS,TOFEL,GRE OR GMAT)? And what about the level of the UWEST in USA:first-class,average or very bad? Thank you very much for your answer.
