would spider - man coming the 4th series?

I seems that after 3rd series, Spider - man is done. Would it come out the 4th series in the near future?

as far as i know it will.Tobie was under a contract to do the 4 th film.i heard there was some problem between him and the director but after that there was no news so i guess they haven't changed anything.i don't know when it is going to come out but the shooting is going on
