Do you close discussions at the "tag the discussion" page itself?

Well.I wonder how many of you go to discussion page again after responding to it. If we find any discussion interesting,we click the link and try to give response .After posting response it will take you to "tag the discussion" page.Here is my question.If you don't want to submit tags it or if sufficient tags are already submitted,what will you do? You go to the discussion page again by clicking skip button (OR)simply close the discussion? As for me i close the discussion there itself many times because my broadband connection is limited ,each and every page i opened will be counted.What about you?
