there are a lot of health benefits of drinking water, it is one of the easiest and least expensive to stay in good health. The more water we drink, the healthier we become. drinking water reduces cardiovascular stress and improves performance, drinking water reduces water temperature, it makes the whole exercise process safer and more effective. water is an important healing tool for people with a history of kidney stores. it prevents urinary tract infections for both sexes. it flushes impurities out of the system. it prevents sagging the skin and maintains clear and healthy skin. Its best to drink water on an empty stomach in order to avoid unnecessary dilution of digestive juices. Water treatment have found successful in a medical society as it is a 10% cure for the following diseases like headache, arthritis, fast heart beat, eye diseases cancer ear, throat and nose disease,kidney, urine diseases, TB and many more. it is believe you oygenerate the water you drink or alkalized it. the water needs to be alkaline and ionized. alkaline water helps to neutralize the stored acids and toxins in the body. Once neutralized, the body can then remove them. Alkaline water can help the body resist disease and slow aging by increasing intercellular hydration, replenishing essential minerals, establishing and protecting cells, helping to maintain a normal blood flow and acid-alkaline balancem flushing out and preventing waste free radicals from forming and damaging other cells.

I believe drinking of water somewhat more than average requirement is definitely very healthy. In hot climate, inadequate water consumption is one of the prime causes for catching sore throat and cold. Whenever I go out, I make sure to take a 1-lire bottle of water with me. I don't allow my throat to go dry for want of drinking water.
This habit helps me a lot in not wasting money on cool drinks or mineral water when you feel thirsty. Moreover, when you carry drinking water that you are quite used to, you avoid the risk of consuming water from unknown sources and hence safeguard yourself from infection.
Drinking a glass of water early in the morning before consuming coffee helps you to flush your system.

I have always known water to be Good for you, and help to relieve some of the Toxins out there as well. I know with things like Blood Sugar, drinking water is known to help lower the Blood sugar, and can help with relieving water tension and to help regulate Blood pressure as well. The main issue is is everyone drinking enough of it to help them?

I partly believe it. My husband doesn't take medicine when he gets fever. He just drink plenty of water. .. But if I get sick, I immediately take medicine because I can't tolerate the pain.

Now i am doing water therapy, i do it to get rid of too much sodium in my body. I also noticed that it helps me in losing weight. I always make it a habit to drink water in the morning. Summer here in the philippines, and it would be good to drink water to prevent dehydration.

Yes you are absolutely right..adequate water intake flush out the toxins from our body and increases our vitality.. I try to drink as much water as I can.. I think everyone should do this!!

Water is a valued commodity. IT helps us to keep us healthy. We need abundance of drinking water. The experts say that we should take lot of water in a day. We have very big quantity of water on this globe of our earth. Oceans are full of water but alas all of that water is not drinkable. We have very less drinking water.Polluted water is not good for health. Water requires to filter before drinking. About every living being need water because it cure the diseases.

Thanks for this much of information about water. I also believe that water can cure lot of deseases if takes correctly. Even if we take medicines, we should drink more water. For all kidney/unrinary problems intake of more water is very good. Because of less water intake, many deseases may occur, like kidney stone, unrinary infection etc. A healty person should drink at least 8 litres of water every day.

Water is one of the important elements for operation of people's body. Drinking water can discharge the poision and activate the function of our bodies. But does't means that the more water we drink, the better for us. How much should we take? It depends on one's weight. The formula as: per KG=35-40ml water. For example, an 50kgs adult should take 1750-2000ml water per day, the water include those taken from food, fruit and vegetable.

Drinking water everyday is good to our health.Water is the most important for the survival of every living things in this world..Water can cure diseases for it can help bring out dirts or wastes in our body..There is what they called "water theraphy" which means that through the water,people can relieve some illnessess by just drinking water.It cleans the body and it brings a lot of benefits..

Yes I do believe water can cure diseases. I am trying to drink as much water as I can. I think water also helps to keep oneself healthy. I also agree drinking water in early morning on empty stomach is good. Coconut water is also very good for health.
