Myhpf not paying all countries anymore?

Hi everyone! I just tried to do a search on Homepages friends and they said due to click fraud, their sponsors aren't paying all the countries anymore. My country is not one of them and so the only way I can earn is through referrals, and I don't have any. I also noticed that the US and India (two countries that have many members here at mylot) were not on the list. They said that they would still pay all members even if they haven't reached payout yet although it might take a few months. I've only made $2 there but I'm sad to see that they won't be paying these countries anymore. I hope to receive my payout soon! Is your country still eligible? What do you think of this?
