How do you reduce stress?

Nowadays, a lot of people are getting more stressful. The cause can be job, study, parent so and so on. How do you reduce your stress or pressure? For me,when I feel stress on study, I will listen of music that I like then it will feel more well!

when i am stressed i have several avenues to relieve it. That way if one is simply not feasible at the time or place i am at, one of the others may be. Of course my first and best is to write. Not always in my novels or blogs... sometimes just to Me. Writing is a true therapy that is surpassed by very little.
If I can not write, I walk. We live a mile from 2 lakes and forest and so i will head for the forest and ewalk as far back as i can. That serves two purposes. It releaves stress by allowing my mind to be free to think without interruption or input and it allows me to get near God. He is a Greattttttt stress reliever and the best listener there is. If all else fails, i fish.... smilessssssssssss

When I'm stressed, I usually try to do something that I enjoy doing, such as reading, watching a movie, writing, or something to that effect. I think that doing something that you enjoy may help us reduce stress. Another thing that I do to reduce stress is that I do some meditation, relaxation, and/or breathing exercises.

Stress results from our reaction to our physical or emotional circumstances. Since we can control our emotions, it follows that we alone can rid ourselves of the stress which besets our life. when I am really stress I would go window shopping and when I come back I will be refreshed and my stress is greatly reduced.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
