Can anyone tell me a good recipe of how to make spicy chicken dish. Its my wife's birthday in this month and her favorite dish is chicken so for the first time in life i want to try this out just to give my wife a big surprise. That day I am going to send my wife for shopping with her friends so that i can get time to cook this. I am very bad in kitchen work but still want to give it a try. Guys out here have you ever tried cooking for some one whom you love the most?

HEre is a sauce that I use for spicy chicken. Mix the dry ingredients and rub onto the chicken then mix in the hot sauc and pour over the top and bake at 400 degrees until browned. If you have a lot of excess sauce save it and pour it over it when it finishes baking for a moister chicken
1cup louisiana hot sauce
1/2 cup mustard (secret ingredient)
1 TBS oregano
1 1/2 TBS italian seasoning
a shake of lemon pepper
1 TSP garlic pepper
1 TBS minced garlic (canned)
1 1/2 TSP salt

Hey thanks buddy i will definitely try this out. I hope my wife will love to eat it and it will be the biggest surprise for her and she will be very much happy.
