Does your puppy dream?

Hi mermaidivy, Yes mine all have dreams . They will twitch their paws and legs kinda like they are running . Their eyes flutter and their face twitches . We get a kick out of watching them sleep sometimes , tis cute !

hello mermaidivy i hear ya about puppies or dogs dreaming like that. my dog, Doughnut, she snoozes away like that as well, and she must be having some sort of a dream, sometimes she will make the funniest noises that you have ever heard while that she is asleep. and she as well, will wiggle and just kick her legs like she is running in her sleep or something like that, or chasing something or something is chasing her. lol one time, i thought that i was going to scare the dog while that she was sleeping, it back-fired on me, i snuck upon Doughnut one afternoon several years ago while that she was taking her afternoon nap on the couch, lol, what a surprise i got, she tried to bite me until she was fully awake and realized what that she was doing. lol i haven't ever tried to do that anymore since. lol take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

My dog runs and barks in his sleep. It is quite funny to watch. The barking is muffled, though, because he doesn't open his mouth, but his lips flap.

yeah i think my dog is dreaming cos sometimes she cries in her sleep or her tail is moving like crazy. She is happy with what she sees

my dog twitches a Lil i think for most pups it becomes less and less as they get older
