These two things have been bothering me for a long time... It sometimes make a big headache just like now...
I don't know if it is because of a lack of exercises or I really have some neck and back problems...
Does stress make it worse? Because I feel stressful and think a lot all the time...
Most of the timew when I stretch my back and neck, I hear cracking on my back and neck and when I get rubbed sometimes, lots of knot will be found out on my body. Does anybody know what does it mean? Thank you very much!

Hi,
U need a Physiotherapist to direct U,so that the Muscles are strengthened.Otherwise the problems will worsen, even it may eventually affect Ur walking style. So take Fast action. The other thing here people often give up.U must be consistent to fight out the complication.
Donot bother much on the Knot(possibly Nodules),which are most possibly harmless.Consult an orthopaedic though,to get confirmation.
1)Good Postures inDriving,sitting & standing are essential.(dr/Physio will help).
2)Avoid'slouching".
3)Sleep correctly,on firm bed,on Ur Stomach.
4)Apply Cold & then Hot water treatment,3-4 times/day, in soring areas.

It definitely sounds like stress. I get that on a daily basis because I sit in front of a computer for work and type all day. I can literally feel my neck and shoulders start to tighten up every morning. They only start relaxing when I go to bed. It usually takes me all weekend to relax, but then back at er on Monday morning!
