I had a frozen shoulder last year, and couldn't sleep or move my arm much. I went to a physiotherapist who gave me some exercises to do - I did them now and again, but found them extremely painful. She told me that it usually takes between 18 months and two years to get better, which didn't cheer me up! I actually got much better in 6 months by firstly changing my pillow, that made a huge difference. After that, I kept doing as much as I could with my arm without causing it a lot of pain. Now it does hurt from time to time, but I would say it is almost back to normal.

Frozen shoulder is not as same as most other disease. We must keep doing more and more exercise though a lot of pain. I think exercise is more effective for frozen soulder than medicine or other ways.thank you for reply.
