Do you have grumpy neighbours?

I do not really know my neighbors, but one neighbor seems to be okay. We just wave at each other whenever we are leaving our house at the same time. My landlord, I would consider grumpy. He complains about everything. He watches the other neighbors as they are mowing their lawns etc. commenting about what a bad job they are doing. He even climbed one of the trees to disturb a nest of baby birds, because he did not want them there. One morning I noticed an egg shell on the grass, and before the week was over he had that tree in front of our house cut down. Now, wouldn't you call that grumpy?????
