Everyone experiences occasional sleep problems, and i am facing one of those. Getting a good night’s sleep is essential for feeling refreshed and alert during the day. Lack of sleep might make you feel foggy and unable to concentrate, or just a lesser version of your normal self. Sleep problems will eventually disrupt our work, family and personal relationships. How do you tell if your sleepless night is an isolated occurrence or if it is related to a chronic sleep problem or disorder?
Recently I tend to feel sleepy or sleep a lot during day time and experience sleepless nights. There are times when i go out during day time so that i don't sleep but the night scene its same i.e stays awake the whole night even if i have a sleepless day. I am guessing its insomnia but i am not sure so, fellow friends please share your knowledge about sleeping problems and how to control it.

I snore. That's the only problem or I should say my wife's problem when I sleep. I'm a total flat-out. As soon as I arrive from work and eat my breakfast (i work at night) I can sleep in a jiff. The only drawback that i can see is once i'm up, it takes more time for me to go back to sleep. which can result to more serious problem at work because i tend to drowse and feel restless.
