How many of you are about to turn fifty this year? How many of you are depressed about turning that golden age?
Why are you so depressed about turning 50?
If you could live your 40s, 30s, or 20s over, what would you do differently?

Haven't you heard...50 is the new 30 and 60 is the new 40 and so on and so one!
I'm 54 and, no, I didn't get depressed when I turned 50 because I don't see myself as being in any golden age. My children are grown and I have lots of grandchildren but I also have a very young spirit and that's what counts...not the year that you were born.
