Hi there I have a question which requires an answer of the highest accuracy. Please do not answer if you are unsure. If you do answer I would greatly appreciate if you also state your reference point. If you know it of the top of your head (!), please also If you may, kindly point out a website which may be used as a reference point. So the question is Can a no-UK resident , with NO EU or UK passport, legally set-up/open and own a e-commerce/online business in the UK? If so, how does this differ to a UK resident who sets up a e-commerce/online business in the UK. Thank you. Hope to hear some answers soon. I have been searching online but have not been able to find a satisfactionary answer.
