What are some things I can do to keep weight off?
And what are some things I do to help burn fat??

I have been using a fatburner, that i have used before in the past, and it works really well... have you ever heard of stacker 2?
It really worked for me before, and im trying it again.
In the past when i used it I weighed 163, and got down to 139 using those within 3 months.

I would try to make sure you are getting enough fiber and healthy foods. It will make a huge difference. I try to eat as many natural foods as I can and just from that I have lost about 5 pounds this week. Im not sure how much of it was actual fat but I have felt great and that is priceless in its self.

Move around and be active are some things you can do to burn fat. Drink plenty of fluids and eat more vegetables and fruits rather than meat and carbs. Also, sleep more. It is proven that people who get more sleep are less likely to become fat.
