Breast cancers are often diagnosed late mostly in developing countries. One of the easiest and most effective tool is Breast Self examination. All women have to examine their breast for any mass or lump. If they feel any mass they should go to the doctor and necessary investigations have to be done. In developing countries most women go to hospital only during very late stage, so breast self examination is very useful especially in developing countries. There will be many who went to doctor after detecting a mass by breast self examination.
