how do nuns express their feelings when they got angry??

i am just weondering, i really appreciate ththose religious people specially nuns because everyday they are doing a prayer, a prayer that is not for theirselves but for the people.. it is in 3 times a day they do praying,... they are just human beings like us that get hurt and feel bad, but do you have the idea on how do they express their feelings when they got angry??? please share your thoughts!!! thanks!
