Mr David Eagleman, a Neuroscientist in Houston, TX, did set up a website called "Deadswitch". It's automatic for $20 by year as member, a Service on his site will Let you send out 30 emails created out and send... at intervals after you die...
- Do you find it Morbid? or Do you prefer to Prepare your Passwords for Beyond the Grave??!!

ummmm... sure why not! it's creepy though but i think its a nice idea telling your love one how much you appreciate them and how much you love them... in their most difficult time.....

I just think it is a brilliant idea how to make money out of gullible people. I am not going to fork ount 20quid for something like that. I hope that I will remain alive in my friends and relatives memory. That should be enough.

I think I'd rather just leave a letter for each person to be read after I'm gone to tell them how much they've meant to me and that I'll miss them. This website your talking about does raise a question though. Lets say you sign up for it and make out your 30 emails to send. You now pay your $20 a year to be a member but what if you live 10 years? Thats $200 to send 30 emails. 20 years would be $400, 30 years would be $600...and who's to say that you pay on it for 29 years, year thirty they close down and you die at 31 years...now you've paid for 29 years for nothing b/c they closed down. I don't think I'd get into something like that. If anything I'd probably just leave letters for my family with my will and let the lawyer hand them out.
