I am a forex trader, i've been trading forex for like 3 years now, it's been quite an interesting experience and i intend on trading for life. I would like to meet other traders, so we could be friends, share ideas or just discuss about trading. I would really like to meet people like myself. Thank you.

This might sound silly but What is Forex?
I have heard of it many a time while looking up ways to make money online but I never actually knew what it was?
I am always watching the market and have even followed a bit on sites like updown.
If you don't mind could you explain it me.

Sorry about the delay in my response, forex is short for foreign exchange. Forex is the largest financial market in the world. In the 80's the forex was a closed market only for central banks of countries and large international banks. But now the market is open to private individuals and small time brokers. in short forex is like your stock market only it's bigger by far and more liquid. FINALLY!!! Some one here on mylot that trades on Forex!!! I've been trading on Forex for about 1 years & trading in the precious metals markets for 15 years+. My business partner has been trading on Forex before they even where even on the internet!
How are you doing in there, friend? Are you trading for yourself or for clients? What platforms do you use?
If you check my profile & scroll down to the bottom of discussions I have started. Months ago I posted 2 key Forex based questions that no one ever answered that I know traders would have teamed over to answer. So it seems to be that you & I are the only Forex traders on here.
I did come across a EA user on here once though trying to sell their bot but that is about it.

I am pretty new to myLot and have been trading forex for about 2 years now.
I am a intra-day trader and mainly trade the London market because I love the volatility. Looking forward to know more forex traders here definitely. Cheers !

Well, I am a newbie when it comes to forex. I still am trying to understand all that jargon that is being used when referring to forex.
Any good source of information for newbies like me who are starting out to learn and maybe dabble with a little forex activity to boost income?
It would be useful if you can recommend some.
