oh if you know what movie this is, then you are the hero of the day!

alright, call me forgetful. lol ^_^ but it was about ten years ago (more or less) when i saw this beautiful movie. sadly, the actors aren't very popular, so i have no idea how to look for the movie as i don't even know its title! if you're going to say "search for keywords in the plot," i've done that. i've used as little and as many keywords i can use to search for that movie. but i just can't find it even on movie databases online. so, more reliable than online machines, i turn to people. perhaps YOU have watched this movie and know what it is! here are the details: -setting: it looks italian/ european. can't remember exactly if they actually used italian in the script, but the setting is definitely foreign. -the main male character comes from a family of tailors. -the main female character is a teacher. -he saw her in an elevator and started measuring her body (getting her vital statistics - waistline, hips, etc) using his hands. the girl was absolutely clueless she was literally being sized up. the guy then makes a dress and gives it to her as an anonymous gift. -the movie has a LOT of beautiful bossanova/ jazzy music. it actually made half the impact of the story. -this movie is NOT entitled "cuore altrove." a lot of people i asked before said it might be cuore altrove because they entered "teacher" and "italian" into search engines and the search returned that title. but no, in cuore altrove, the male was the teacher, not the girl. sigh. there. hopefully, someone has watched this movie once upon a time and will remember what it is. *cross fingers* ^_^
