to have pimples after youthhood? Somebody told me it is not right if you have pimples after youthhood, there must be something wrong. Is it true?
Right now, I have a HUGE one on my face that you can see it very clearly if I take a picture, but I don't want to disgust my mylot buddies so I am not gonna do that.
Does anybody still have pimples after teenage time? Is it alright as long as it goes away eventually?

I had pimples during the teenage time. I think it is normal to have pimples during the teenage times. I have tried lots of creams and other things to remove the pimples, but it didn't went away. It had gone after the teenage time. I think one of the way to deal it is having good diet with lots of fruits and drinking lot of water and washing the face with water very frequently. I had lots of them during my teenage days and I was afraid to go to college and to go between people because I felt I was very ugly that times. It will go away after teenage time.

Sorry, some people never really grow out of them. The hormones, secretions and body chemistry that initiates acne and pimples does not necessarily go away. The advice on a good diet and facial cleansing is good, but for some people it never goes away.

I wash my face twice a day at least and drink a lot of water, hopes it would help.

My sister is in her 30's and still gets them. It should eventually go away. Unless you think there's something else wrong, it's probably just regular acne. If it's a big problem, you could always go to a dermatologist to check it out.

Adult acne is very common and normal. I am in my late twenties and I have to follow a strict skin care routine day and night or I will suffer from them. I don't really get red acne pimples but I still suffer from whiteheads. I have oily skin so that's why.
The best thing about oily skin...it doesn't wrinkle as bad!

yes oily skin will not get wrinkles as early as those who have dry or normal skin as i understood. but while still young having an oily skin does not look good at all. i don't like my oily skin. i have not found the skin regimen for my oily skin.

Yes I have had 3 different dermatologist tell me that oily skin gets less wrinkles. I guess wrinkles are caused from lack of moisture so dry skin is more susceptible to them. For my oily skin I use a glycolic facial wash in the morning along with a matiffying gel. At night I exfoliate and use a light moisturizer with salicylic acid.

Yes, I still get pimples and I am 30 years old. I hate getting them. I usually get them when I get my monthly cycle, when I eat too much sweets too. I think acid may cause it as well. I am using a solution called Acne Clear and so far it has taken away my existing pimples. I just use a cream to lighten up the brown spots on my face. I guess it is still normal being that you are under 45 years old. And if you still are getting your menstrual cycle. If, it is severe and never going away, then it may be best to contact an dermatologist. I get pimples and I wished that my hormones would stop me from getting them. I have small pores on my face and skin. When I get acne sometimes a person can't notice them. And it clears up within a couple of days. It may leave a brown mark, but after using cream for two weeks the spot will fade away. I know about getting pimples after the teenage years. I wished that they woukd just go away! I believe that stress causes most of my pimples.. I try my best to not get so stressed out. But, it is hard not to. I will have to deal with this for another 10 years or so.

Well I have to say that it is normal for anyone any age to get pimples at any time. To be honest you get them when you are stressing out or even worried about normal life problems. All you can do is to either wait for it to go away or treat. I get pimples a lot. I get them at lest 2 times or more a months. I am going to be 25 soon. It's normal and there is nothing you can do about it unless you don't stress or worry about things.

Yes they are normal but make it a point to wash your face 4-5 times daily with soap.Sometimes even the dirt is the reason for the pimples to form.Nothing to worry at all.

I thought you cannot wash face too many times, otherwise, it will get too dry? Thanks for advice!

I am 57 and I still get a few pimples now and again. Sometimes I think it is because I never had them real bad as a teenager. I get them mostly on my chin, which can be annoying. If you are having problems with them, look it up on the internet, as see what you come up with. It could just be something you will out grow.

Well pimple is one of the phase of life
It happens in our youth but sometimes it may repeat again I don't think that there is any harm in it.
I think it is due to heat in our body.
It goes away within a weak.
Don't worry about it
It happened with me too few months back

Hey, it is normal. Sometimes our skins are so sensitive to the weather change, and our food can stimulate oil to our skins as well.
Drink a little more of water can help. Don't worry~

Of course it is normal. Some people get pimples in many places other than just their face like their neck, back and shoulders. Pimples are not just a teenage thing. I am 34 and I get pimples every once in a while and normally I get a big one once a month around my time. That is usually my clue that it is my time because of a big ugly pimple. There is nothing wrong or abnormal if you get pimples. Whoever told you that may have been misinformed. Well, take care.

It is normal because it is the sign of growing up.But there are some reasons why most of the youth today have many pimples first, because of the genes of your clan, secondly, because of late in going to sleep because of such activity. So don't worry of your pimples because it is normal for us younger people.

It's normal, sometimes it is because of your environment, foods, stress or luck of vitamins...it is normal if its still countable.. but if not.. you'd better have a checkup wit your derma.
