Confused with the card statement in PayPal

Well, I've never heard about card statement before.
Where can i find the 4-digit PayPal code?
Maybe different countries have different policies, I don't think our bank sends paper statement every month.
I'm Chinese, so it's better to have a Chinese user help me :)

Ok, this is the validate your bank account I'm taking it?
How do you normally access your account - like to see how much money you have in there and to get a list of the transactions?
Is there anyway you normally do this? Through online banking perhaps?
You just have to be able to view your bank statment somehow. Paypal will have made a deposit to your account, and you just need the last digits of the code that goes along with the deposit.
If you've no way to check your statement yourself, you should be able to call your bank and get the details from them.
