If you could build your dream house, what items would you want in it?

I'm currently builing a home and am fortunate enough to be able to include a few things that I've always wanted in my home. I've always wanted a huge pantry(mostly so I can buy in bulk and save money). I'm also putting solar panels on my home to help with the cost of electricity. They are expensive to begin with and to install, but will pay for themselves over time. I am also putting in-floor heating in my home. My feet are constantly cold, and this will cut down on the amount that I will need to heat in the winter months. Since heat rises, if you put in in-floor heating you are heating the whole house as opposed to heating from where ever the vent is to the ceiling. What kinds of things would you want in your home?
