What are the plus and minus signs after every response?

that is to rate any discussion that you have read,,, If u liked it, u rate ut with a plus and if u didnt like it, then you rate it with a minus.. of course, u cant rate yourself but you can rate others.. and other would rate you. So rate every discussion you see... i am not sure but i do feel tht mylot pays us for our effort in rating others... So do not forget to rate me now!!

These are for rating the discussions and replies. If you like the discussion or response, even if you do not necessarily agree with it, give it a plus, if it is way off base and doesn't even pertain to the discussion, give it a minus. I think it effects the amount we make a little, but do't quote me. Those that have been here longer would know better than I do. I honestly don't pay much attention to what makes us what amount of money. I just reply to discussions and try to start my own. I do try to rate everybodt though and even though I don't always get to it, I try to reply when someone has responded to my discussions. I hope this helped you with your question. Depends on the quality of discussions ,that you feel , you can rate each discussions that you are responding,by giving '+' or '-' sign. If you feel its a good discussion ,give plus. As more 'plus' you get , your Mylot reputation increases.
