level and reputation

guys/gals, just want to ask on how you get your "LEVEL" and "REPUTAION"? is it computed with respect to number of responses?? or members have also their part on this.

Level and reputation are related with how many times your response has been marked as '+' and '_'. After every response you would have seen that these two signs with one '!' are there. Now, if your response is useful or if you have asked a good question, then people will mark you accordingly. This marking will lead you to your level and reputation. That's what I know about this. Hope it will help you.

thank for that quick response. at least now i know the meaning of "+", "-" and "!". is this also realated to your earnings???
so, if someone press the "+" sign on your responses, that means your reputation will go up, but if they press "-", then your reputation will decrease.
