After loosing six wickets for a mere 60, Newzeland succeeded in scoring 279 by virtue of mind blowing performance by their captain and off course Ryder. What do you think whether Indian bowlers gave a bit liberty after getting half of NZL batsmen? However, India's start is very good and Sehwag is going great till now.

It is just awesome performance. In those countries the captains know how to shoulder the responsibility in hour of need. It is just very nice how he and Ryder played to steady the innings.

yeah in those countries Captains know what is demanded from them. The fact that Vettori a specialist spinner is playing some awesome cricket including stunning performances by his bat shows that they mean business.

Vettori did play well top scoring for his team, but I felt India should got his wicket much earlier. That is because, there were quite a few edges that went past 3rd slip for both Ryder and Vettori. Dhoni had placed fielders in 2nd slip and gully but no 3rd slip.
