Just like my topic,do you think that your pay equals to your hard work?
Many of my friends complain about their pays that don't equal to their hard work in the job.But to change a new job is not a easy thing and need to prepare many aspects for new job and the condition of new job.
How about you? Does your pay equal to your hard work in job?Would you like to share with me?
Good luck and happy mylotting.

I think that the amount I am receiving from work is not compensating the job I am giving to the company. And that sucks. The economy is down so I really needed to be compensated well. When recession ends, i will find a better paying job for me.

i'm a stay at home mom so i don't receive any paycheck. but my husband leaves me money everyday for my own spending and i think i don't need it since i'm just at home. i think that even if it is only in a small amount since i don't need it i can say i'm happy with my allowance.
