Do you have a regular health checkup?

we do have annual check up in the company, we will get the results if we need medication, or we are fit to work. I had medical check up last year and i found out that i have a high blood pressure. I told my doc that i dont feel anything, and i dont even think i have this, and she told me to watch my diet. it doesnt necessarily i will maintain medication but if my diet is good, its manageable. mY XRAY check up was normal and im very glad. I am really taking care of my health. Happy mylotting!

I have health checkup once a year. I think it is important and necessary for every one. If we could checkup my body regularly, we could inspect our state of health promptly. My corporation organized checkup body once a year, all of us in the corporation should do this. Happy mylotting.

no, not actually. i don't want to alarm myself. everyone in the family is healthy. i mean no one in my immediate family is with cancer or something so i don't want to alarm myself. i'd find out anyway if i'm sick. :) happy mylotting!
