girls to boys

is it fine that a girl start the first move to have a relationship with a boy? On my opinion it sound silly if a girl do the first move I don't know why but I just look it weird.And shocking!

This is a time of advocating personality and there is no need to argue about who will be the first one to express his or her love to the other. Whether the boy or the girl makes the first move is just beyond reproach.
