Do you like reading books or just reading e-books online?

e books are great. it's just that my favorite authors don't have their work online. i wonder what would be required in the future when their works can be read here. would there be fees to pay? where do we log on? i konw it's just around the corner. i can't wait for it.

i like to read books, the hardcopy ones..don't really fancy reading e-books because i dont quite like to stare at the monitor for a long time to read long materials..

i prefer watching e-books online than reading books.Books required moneys to buy it for us to read it while e-books you can simply download it through torrent or other sites..even though books can be borrowed through library but you have to walk through the far distance to borrow it and there is also a limited time.When you are done reading it,you have to walk back to the library to return it.This wastes time.E-books is just using your own computer at home.Thus,I prefer reading e-books online than reading books.

Compare the two way you said, I like to read traditional books, because I think that is true book. I could take it in my hand to read. I also have read e-books, but I think it is not good for my eyes. Long time reading e-book make my eyes tired. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

yes i like to read normal books more than ebooks reading ebooks is quite a big task for me. actually the truth is that i am not big book lover so if i have to read any book then i prefer normal book

I prefer to read books as opposed to online or ebooks. When I read I like it to be a mental vacation, I like to get comfortable on the couch or in bed, prop up with pillows and let the books take me away. I also love to lay on the beach and read a good beach book. When I read on the computer I need to be sitting up straight and it hurts my eyes after awhile.

I still prefer reading a traditional book. After facing the computer for 8 to 10 hours a day, the last thing I want is to read online, it's very bad for my eyes. I like to carry a paperback in my bag wherever I go, sometimes the 5 to 10 minutes of time waiting for bus is good for reading. At least it is not so frustrating just sitting there and hope that the bus will come sooner. I like the texture and the feel of book, the smell of new book is very nice. Sometimes managed to get new books from the national libraries. Nice to think that I'm one of the first to read the new books.
