On my paypal account i have verified it by entering my standard chartered visa card .NO it has been 4 days and it is showing that you account has limited access .Plz help me regarding this topic

PayPal has a 1 800 number that you can call I love paypal and they are very helpful just give them a call! I am sure it will be worked out fast!
